Probably the largest reason that most diet plans fail is simply that people don’t stick with them. Most diet plans that promise quick weight loss restrict both the types of foods that you can eat and the number of calories that you can consume each day. This can leave you feeling hungry and deprived and make it much easier to give in to cravings and wind up binging. For many people, if they binge or “cheat” on their diet once they feel they have blown the diet and give up on it all together.
